The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours, beginning this morning. According to the BMD, the weather will remain dry with occasional partly cloudy skies.
A ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and nearby areas, while a seasonal low lies over the South Bay, extending its trough to Northeast Bay. Light to moderate fog may develop in some areas from late night to morning.
Temperatures are expected to rise slightly, both during the day and night. On Tuesday, Teknaf recorded the highest temperature at 29.8°C, while Tetulia recorded the lowest at 10.0°C this morning.
In Dhaka, the sun will set at 5:43 pm today and rise at 6:40 am tomorrow.
