BOGRA: Miscreants stabbed a businessman to death in front of VTTI training center on Sherpur Road of the district town on Friday night.

The deceased was identified as Rafiqul Islam, 36, son of Golam Rahman, a studio owner and resident of the area.

Locals said that a gang of miscreants chopped Rafiqul randomly at his own studio in the area around 10:45pm, leaving him dead on the spot.

The body was sent to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Assistant Sub-Inspector of Bogra Sadar Police Station Belal Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
