NARAYANGANJ: Police Super of the district Khandaker Mahid Uddin on Tuesday said police does not have any information whether the accused of seven-murder case fled the country.

The police boss of the district came up with the assertion while talking to reporters at his office.

In response to questions about the investigation against Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), he said they did not get any instruction to investigate into the matter against the RAB.

He added: “Our duty is to investigate the case, not against RAB.”

Regarding cancellation of arms license of accused Nur Hossain and his associates, he said it was necessary to conduct the investigation.
