Children with autism are invaluable to society: Yeasha Sobhan

The Bashundhara Special Children Foundation, a beacon of hope for children with autism, reflects the compassionate vision of its chairman, Yeasha Sobhan.

Speaking about the foundation, Yeasha said, "Children with autism are invaluable gems of our society. With proper care and support, these children can illuminate the world. Our primary goal is to nurture their talents and empower them to advance through every step of life with strength and courage."

She further said, "Every child with a disability, when given love, care, and opportunities, can overcome life’s challenges and transform into assets for society."

Yeasha aspires to stand beside these children as a guardian, dedicating herself to their protection and development.

This dream took its first tangible step on 1 March 2017, with the establishment of the Bashundhara Special Children Foundation. Here, children with disabilities from underprivileged families receive both academic and technical education.

Yeasha Sobhan has ensured that a portion of the revenue generated from every Bashundhara Tissue product is allocated toward the development of children with autism.

Her singular vision is to integrate these children into mainstream society and help them realize their full potential.

Yeasha firmly believes that a caring attitude toward these children can change the world.

Committed to this noble cause, she vows to dedicate her life to supporting and uplifting children with disabilities, continuing the mission until her last breath.
